1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ubo33 platform and all related services. By visiting the ubo33 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to stop using our services. These Terms may be changed or updated at any time — continued use of the services after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — All digital services including the ubo33 website and mobile interface.
• "User" or "You" — Any individual who is registered on or using the ubo33 platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits provided as a promotional offer.
• "Betting Fund" — The total balance held in an account that is available for placing bets.

3 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on ubo33, users must be at least 21 years of age. The platform may request a national ID card or other government-issued document at any time to verify age. If an account is created using false information, it will be suspended or closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or members of the same household are not permitted.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. 5 Account Verification

ubo33 may carry out a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide the following documents:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• Documents proving ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Accounts may be restricted if documents are refused or not provided in a timely manner.

6 Deposits

ubo33 currently supports three active payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Before making a deposit, please ensure that the payment account is registered in your name — deposits using another person's mobile wallet are not permitted.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. All withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals will not be processed before active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

For unusual or suspicious transactions, ubo33 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification.

8 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

The bonus is only available to users making their first deposit into an account. Any attempt to claim a bonus by creating multiple accounts from the same device, browser, IP address, or identity will result in those accounts being closed and all associated bonuses being cancelled.

9 General Bonus Policy

All bonus offers have their own expiry dates and conditions. The detailed terms of each bonus offer will be stated in that offer's description. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• Specific wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be cashed out.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Some games may not be eligible to contribute toward wagering — this will be clearly stated in each offer.
• ubo33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

10 VIP Program

ubo33's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Moving up to a higher tier depends on regular activity and participation on the platform. ubo33 reserves the right to change VIP benefits and conditions.

11 Unauthorized Activities

To maintain a fair and orderly environment on the ubo33 platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Participating in organized betting schemes directed against the platform.

12 Suspicious Activity & Investigation

ubo33 monitors all transactions and gaming activity. If suspicious activity is detected, platform staff may restrict or suspend an account without notice and may hold related transactions for investigation. Withdrawals may be paused until the investigation is complete.

13 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ubo33 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and code — is fully protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially using any content other than for personal use is prohibited. Any form of reuse without prior written permission from ubo33 may result in legal action.

14 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team directly in the first instance. ubo33 provides 24/7 support in Bengali and English via live chat and email ([email protected]).

After a complaint is submitted, our team will investigate and respond as quickly as possible. For complex disputes, a final decision will be issued after reviewing information from both the complainant and the platform. ubo33's decision will be considered final.

15 Limitation of Liability

ubo33 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third parties. If a session is interrupted due to internet connection issues, power outages, or other reasons, the platform does not bear responsibility for losses from that session. However, where losses are caused by the platform's own technical issues, a fair remedy will be provided.

16 Responsible Gaming Policy

ubo33 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that playing within limits for entertainment purposes is the right approach. Users can make use of the following tools to protect themselves:

17 Account Closure Process

You may request to close your account at any time. This request must be made through the support team. All valid withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed — however, any active bonus where wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

ubo33 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account when necessary — particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms.

18 Privacy Policy

19 Changes to Terms

ubo33 reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via the registered email address or on the platform. Continued use of the services after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

20 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and ubo33. No oral or unwritten conditions or promises beyond these apply.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
